Baseball America high on the Hogs

In today’s column, I wrote about Arkansas’ highly touted recruiting class in baseball. If the Razorbacks are able to hold on to the remaining signees and not lose any more to major league baseball, the class could be one of the best in the nation according to Jim Callis of Baseball America.

“It’s their typical recruiting class,” Callis said. “It’s very deep and they have a lot interesting players. If they keep a lot of these guys, it will be one of the better classes in the country. One thing Arkansas does as good as anyone is they recruit nationwide. They’re all over the country getting players from everywhere.”
