Cox’s draft disappointment may be UA’s gain

The chance that one of the top athletes in Razorback baseball coach Dave Van Horn’s recruiting class will play for the Hogs increased when third baseman/pitcher Zack Cox was selected much lower in the Major League Baseball Draft than expected.

Cox of Louisville (Ky.) Pleasure Ridge Park was expecting
to go in the first three rounds but wasn’t picked until the 20th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
